UNITED COMMUNITY BANK SELECTED AS MBFC LENDER OF THE YEAR FOR 2014

Minnesota Business Finance Corporation is proud to announce that United Community Bank of Perham, Minn. has been selected MBFC’s Lender of the Year. This honor is given to the Third-Party Lender with the highest dollar amount of SBA 504 debentures approved by MBFC and the SBA.

Tom Saehr, President and CEO of MBFC presented the award to Charlie Cavanagh, President of United Community Bank, Ryan Rustad, Cedric Rossow, and Bryce Anderson at MBFC’s Annual Membership Meeting held on Wednesday October 22nd at the Holiday Inn in Saint Cloud, Minn.

The Lender of the Year is presented a plaque and a trip to attend the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) 2015 Annual Meeting.
